Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
    • Items must not be used or damaged.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at infor@furgettable.com to request a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back to us.
  4. After receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process the exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@furgettable.com with pictures of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to help! Simply reach out to our support team, and we’ll process the exchange.
